At Brightkind, every order is carefully produced and shipped to arrive safely at your door, wherever you are in the world. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how our shipping works, delivery timeframes, and what to expect after placing your order.
Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide. Thanks to our global fulfilment network, your order is produced and shipped from the closest fulfilment centre to your delivery address. This helps reduce delivery times and minimise our carbon footprint.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Shipping options and delivery times vary based on your location and the product(s) ordered. During checkout, you will be presented with available shipping options tailored to your address, along with estimated delivery times.
While we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, please note that production and shipping times can vary depending on the complexity of your order and destination.
All Brightkind products are made to order. Most orders are produced and dispatched within 2–5 business days, with delivery times as follows:
- Australia & New Zealand: 3–10 business days after dispatch
- United States & Canada: 5–15 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 3–12 business days after dispatch
- Rest of the World: 5–20 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $100. This discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping method selected. Final shipping costs will be shown during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, customs or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Please check with your local customs office for further details.
Lost or Delayed Orders
While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control. If your order appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, including the packaging where possible.
