Are your designs created using AI?
No. Every Brightkind design is lovingly hand-illustrated by a real human artist. We do not use AI to generate our artwork. Each piece is thoughtfully created from scratch to spark imagination and bring warmth, originality and heart into children’s spaces.

We recommend measuring your wall space and comparing it with the dimensions listed on the product page. Many customers also find it helpful to use masking tape or paper templates on the wall to visualise the size before ordering.
What materials are used for your prints and frames?
Our artwork is professionally printed using high-quality fine art printing methods on archival paper designed to last.
Frames (where offered) are made from real, sustainably sourced timber and finished to suit modern family homes. To ensure safety and durability, framed prints are fitted with Perspex rather than glass.

How should I care for and maintain my Brightkind artwork?
To keep your artwork looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. If framed, gently clean the glass and frame with a soft, dry cloth as needed.
Do your prints include a logo or signature?
Yes. A small, subtle Brightkind logo is placed in the bottom corner of each print to ensure authenticity and copyright protection. It’s designed to be discreet and not distract from the artwork.
Can I customise the size or design of a print?
At this time, we don’t offer custom sizes or personalised designs. This allows us to maintain consistent quality across all prints and ensure each design works beautifully with our available framing options. Why are some designs not available as print-only in A4 or A5 sizes?
Some designs are not available as print-only in A4 or A5 sizes. In our experience, smaller unframed prints are more likely to be damaged during shipping when sent flat by our print partner.
To ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition, these sizes are only offered with a frame or hanger where appropriate. Larger sizes (such as A3 and A2) are sent in a tube and more robust during transit.
Why isn’t the poster hanger option available for some designs?
Poster hangers are not available for designs that include a border.
Our poster hangers overlap the artwork by approximately 1.5 cm at the top and bottom, which can cover the border and affect the balance of the design. To ensure each piece looks exactly as intended, bordered designs are offered as print-only or framed options instead.

Do you offer installation services or advice?
We don’t offer installation services, but we’re always happy to share guidance on displaying and styling your artwork. Feel free to contact us if you’d like tips or recommendations.

How long will it take to manufacture my order?
All Brightkind artworks are made to order. Production includes printing and framing (if selected), and this typically takes 2–5 business days.
Once your order has been printed and carefully packaged, it will be dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but please allow 1–3 weeks for shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because our artwork is produced on demand, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started. We recommend double-checking all details before placing your order to ensure everything is correct.
Can I make changes to my order?

Brightkind uses a global print partner to fulfil orders. Your artwork is printed and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address whenever possible. This helps reduce delivery times and unnecessary shipping distances.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
